How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get full access to your chosen plan for 14 days — no charge upfront. At the end of the trial, your subscription starts automatically at the plan's monthly rate. You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before your trial ends so you're never surprised. Cancel before the 14 days are up and you won't be charged anything.
Which countries does SyncStay support?
SyncStay is built for Vietnam, Philippines, and Malaysia. The interface is available in Vietnamese (Tiếng Việt), Malay (Bahasa Melayu), Filipino (Tagalog), and English.
Which OTAs are supported?
All plans include Booking.com and Agoda. Pro and Business add Expedia Group and Airbnb. We're continuously adding more OTAs relevant to Southeast Asia.
How does the room-count pricing work?
Pick the plan that covers your total room count. Starter covers 1–15 rooms, Pro covers 16–30, Business covers 31–50. If you add rooms later and cross a tier, simply upgrade — your data and OTA connections carry over.
How fast does the channel sync work?
Under 30 seconds from when a booking lands on one channel to all other channels being updated. This covers availability blocks, rate changes, and cancellations.
Can my staff use this without speaking English?
That's the whole point. The dashboard can be set to Vietnamese, Malay, or Filipino. Booking alerts sent to WhatsApp and Line are delivered in the staff's chosen language — no English required.
What happens if I cancel?
